    Neria Brewerton is a skilled leader in Māori economic development and business program management with a strong background in designing and delivering impactful projects.

    Having held key roles at Tātaki Auckland Unlimited and ATEED, Neria has led initiatives that fostered Māori innovation, business resilience, and sector development.

    She has a passion for creating high-quality, culturally grounded experiences that not only support business growth but also integrate Māori values into economic opportunities, ensuring sustainable development and lasting impact.


  • Co-Host, Botanical Artist, Forager and Forest Farmer

    Mamakan (indigenous Norse: Kimbri, Daner, and Frisii Tribes) is a botanical installation artist and the founder of Velskov, a natural forest farm in Auckland, New Zealand.

    With a deep passion for nurturing forests and vibrant local communities, Mamakan is especially interested in innovative conservation initiatives.

    She is dedicated to creating sustainable financial models for conservation, including forest farming and regenerative tourism.

  • Co-Host and Perfumer

    Originally a Choreographer and Curator, it was a bespoke perfume-making experience in a Parisian Perfumery in 2011 that captivated Juanita enough to want to pursue the choreography of fragrance and the body; memory, movement, story, and artistry.

    In the Summer of 2019 she returned to France, to the perfume capitol of the world, to train at the Grasse Institute of Perfumery

    Back at home in Aotearoa, New Zealand she now has By Juanita Madden, a studio in Titirangi for bespoke fragrance creation.

    Offering sessions for individuals, duos and a small group workshop, where fragrance is tailored to you, this studio creates space for honouring, celebration and creativity

  • Co-Host, Food Technologist and Cheese Master

    Anabelle is expertly crafting mouth-watering French-style cheeses that our guests adore.

    And the industry agrees, with several New Zealand Cheese Awards already to her name!

    A French upbringing instilled in her the belief that good food and good company are at the heart of life, sparking a lifelong passion for all things culinary.

    With a Master's in Food Technology, Anabelle gained the scientific knowledge she needed. It’s this combination of passion and expertise that has brought her to Velskov.

    Respect for the land, animals, and people underpins everything she does. From there, it’s a careful process of adding live bacteria and a generous dose of TLC to create her range of French-style cheeses.
